| so, i'll give a two week update. haha oops.
if i can remember... um. let's see.
i rememberrrr, tuesday the 4th, i hung out with drew before class. it was fun, to say the least. hahaha
wednesday the 5th, i almost passed out during my drawing class, so i got to leave a couple hours early. sweet.
thursday the 6th, i went to the doctor and they drew blood and gave me antibiotics because i'd developed a cold by then.
friday the 7th, i went to the masquerade to see 1994 play. they wound up going on around midnight. it was amazing. they were drunk and hilarious. but still good. hahaha pictures on the photobucket.
that weekend, don't remember what happened.
this past week, ummm.... don't remember monday.
tuesday, went to the gallery in the library for my ksu paper (due the next day).
wednesday... uh. don't remember. thursday... don't remember.
TODAY!
english got out about 2 hours early, awesome. me, hetashree, nicole, and will hung out til around 2 and then parted. haha it was fun.
went to see the awkward romance at swayze's. german chocolate cupcakes for brent. field trip to walmart with brent and andrew to get andrew some sweet $10 shoes. shitty hardcore bands mixed in with TAR. awesome phone call about a crappy situation. kinky sex kiss. mini trip with lars for stuff. wendy's/taco bell in a parking lot.

| so time to update:
spent the night at vanessa's dorm on tuesday night. watched the notebook (don't worry, friggin' SOBBING at the end) and corpse bride. went to sleep, woke up with 30 minutes to get ready and run to class. hahaha oops.
wednesday night, hung out with jomar. came the closest to throwing up than i have in 11 years... invited to dinner, already fixed me a plate, me being way too nice to refuse... me + bbq chicken = neverrrrr again. haha
thursday during the day, before class, i hung out with drew and his friend alex. it was fun, even if all i did was stand there in the heat and watch them play frisbee... and then we went to arby's. hahaha then i went to class. 
thursday night, i hung out with bootz. it was two tons of fun. we went to the mall annnd he bought me clueless on dvd. and then we went to see dustin play at some random restaurant. haha it was awesome. he was drunk by the end of it, so he gave me a hug. haha i hardly ever get hugs from dustin. it was awesome.

tonight was nothing short of AMAZING. i was sitting on myspace, reading bulletins, see one allison posted about going to see new years day at the masquerade tonight. WTF? i was like "ahhhh must go!" sooo. me and allison went! hahaha
mike remembered me. amazing. :) we hung around the merch area just talking to mike, russell, anthony, and steve (from love takes flight). ash made minor appearances here and there. hahaha allison and i were schooled in how circles of suck work. hahah
then it was time for NYD to play. sooo great. faaaabulous, even. me and allison were singing along, and i was taking pictures like nuts. :) i had so much fun.
afterward, allison and i sat around the merch again and talked to everyone. it was such a good time. at one point, i got a hug from mike and he kissed me on the cheek. then he refused to let go, saying, "it's not every day you get to feel the warmth of a beautiful lady." i melted. :D hahahahaha
we took pictures with them (allison and ash, allison and mike, me and mike). i swear, i'm never going to have a good picture with him. hahaha allison insisted that we did an awkward prom photo. hahahahaha i was like "nooooo! ah." but we did. and it's..... awkward. so i guess, mission accomplished. :) hahaha
when we parted ways, allison and i went to the majestic. mm greasy food and sketch waiters. :) hahaha

| so... it's been like 2 weeks since i've updated. let's see what's gone down:
1) school started.
- 30 minutes late the first day
- boringgggggg
- outrageous amounts of money being spent.
2) met travis, erin's boyfriend.
- cool dude
- mission accomplished in having someone ask where i bought my purse and getting to tell them, "actually, i made it."
3) daddy had a heart attack.
- not as bad as it sounds
- 3 days and a few stents later, daddy is home and well.
4) kenotia tim's last show
i'll elaborate on number 4 in this blog, seeing as it just happened and i can remember it.
lars showed up at my house around 6, and we left to go pick up mallory. as soon as we get on the main road, it starts pouring rain. to the point where we can't see out of the windshield.
we finally make it to mal's, and i run 10 feet in the rain. stand on the doorstep, soaking wet and dripping. we hang out there while mal gets ready and wait til the rain subsides a little...
we get to lars's house, meet her parents, wait around while SHE gets ready... hahaha then we head out to pick up emily (? i think that's her name) from KSU dorms. once we're all packed in the car and on the way to the venue, it's about 8:30.
we get to the venue right around 9, and looks to make history are playing. we missed fairview and veara, bummerrrrrr. i walked into the vineyard, and i got a huuuuuuge hug from tim! i love tim, and i missed him. a lot. :)
looks to make history are reallllly good. i forgot how much i liked joey's voice. i hadn't heard him sing since liaison, which was definitely a while ago. aj was lookin' good playing with all the boys, though not as good as he looked with taking lottie home (it'll never be the same with TLH members in other bands. haha).
after LTMH, it was time for kenotia... and tim l.'s last performance with them. it was spectacular but reeeeeeally sad at the same time. i couldn't help but enjoy myself. i got a cute little wave from andypants, and a whole bunch of grins and giggles from tim. hahaha it made the night awesome.
then 1994. soooooooooo good. :) i love them a lot. it was the best i've seen them lately. and that new song they played, gorrrrrrgeous. absolutely incredible. not to mention, i got some smiles and eye-contact-sing-alongs directed towards me during this set, as well. hahah :D gotta love 'em.
after the show, we all hung out outside for a while. then the group split, and about 15 people went over to cain's house. it was fun, even though i mainly just stayed put in the living room. i was content just sittin' there. hahaha even if tim m. used me as a chair, while tim l. had lars, mal, and emily on him. hahahahahahah :) oh yeah. i got told that '94 apparently thinks i look like ben's mom or something...
but yeah. then we left, and i'm home and sleepy and happy and sad all wrapped up in one little ball. :) pictures tomorrow because i'm too tired now. :D

| haha today was the best day i've had in a loooong time.
first of all, erin came home, so we were being our typical goober selves. then adrienne and i went to a shooooow! yaaaay!
it was supposed to be the 1994/the silent escape/the wedding show, buuut since it was in dalton and a long time away, we went downtown to the loft to see manchester orchestra and the colour revolt, where we met up with paul, jordan, and shannon.
it was really hot and whatnot, but it was a good show. paul and jordan got drunk. it was hilarious.
we all went to steak and shake afterward, where everyone proceeded to be the straaaange people that we are.
and EMTs must get bored at 2 AM....
adrienne and i were coming home, and we heard a woman's voice.
we turned down our music and saw an ambulance coming to a stop at the light, blaring "the little mermaid" through their loudspeaker. we honked, laughed, and gave them thumbs up as we passed. they laughed.

| i don't like the idea of these "learning communities". it's like i'm being forced into a social situation... and none of these seem too interesting....
i know i shouldn't be stressed out over it, but i am. i don't like being forced to do things that i'm not comfortable with.......
i stopped taking advanced classes because i didn't want to see the same people all the time (and i didn't like them).
this learning community thing freaks me out because it's making us take classes with THE SAME PEOPLE.... and i'm scared that i won't like anyone. not to mention the fact that to booklet says that the earlier you get to orientation, the more chance you have of getting into a learning community of your choice.
......my orientation is august 2nd.
i'm probably going to be stuck in like a health/personal fitness one, and if i am, i'm going to be failing the health class. i don't do that crap, and you're not going to force me to do so with a bunch of people i don't know.
